Heather Rawlin

Heather has been proofreading and copy-editing for over 14 years, after completing the Institute of Publishing's (IoP), formerly the Publishing Training Centre's, distance-learning courses. She worked at a firm of typesetters, where she was a project manager taking academic publications from manuscript through to print-ready and digital formats. She started her freelance editorial business in 2015, and works with a variety of academic publishers, educational institutions and commercial businesses.

Heather has degrees in the History of Art and experience of editorial work in medical and scientific publishing as well as the arts, humanities and social sciences.
